The difference between industrial CNC circular saw machine and band saw machin

Before writing this article, several customers have asked me: Our factory is currently using a band saw machine, why should we switch to a circular saw machine? In fact, it is very simple. Circular saw machines are younger and more dynamic than band saw machines. For example: black and white TVs are replaced by color TVs, and cable TV is replaced by digital TVs. The reason is the same. Circular saw machines are actually an upgraded version of band saw machines. In the near future, circular saw machines will also replace band saw machines.

Some companies may not agree. This is true. Just like some people are still using black and white TVs, it can only be said that some things or objects also need to be decided according to their own situation. For example, if a company’s output is not large, the daily output of a band saw machine is enough for its production, then it is not realistic to switch to a circular saw machine. First, let’s confirm two things:
1. The price of a circular saw machine is about 7 times that of a band saw machine;
2. The daily production speed (output) of a circular saw machine is more than 5 times that of a band saw machine;

Because the band saw machine uses a saw blade when cutting materials, it will swing, which makes it difficult to ensure the accuracy of cutting materials, and the cut surface of the cut material will be rough and rough on the surface.
When cutting materials, the circular saw machine uses a circular saw blade, and it is fixed, so there will be no swing when cutting materials, and the accuracy can also be guaranteed. The surface of the cut material is very smooth and there is no roughness.

The space required to place five band saw machines and the space required to place a circular saw machine.
