1. Band saw operators should wear protective equipment.

2. Tighten the cuffs and hems, and it is strictly forbidden to wear loose and loose outer clothes or accessories.

3. Check the environment around the saw to eliminate safety hazards.

4. Before starting the machine, check whether the power supply, lighting, motor, cable, etc. are intact and safely grounded.

5. Check the coolant and hydraulic oil of the band saw, and replenish them in time when they are insufficient to ensure that the band saw is lubricated
enough.

6. Turn on the power and run it idle for about 3 minutes to ensure that the transmission and clamping devices of the band saw are operating normally, and
whether the lifting cylinder and saw bow of the band saw are flexible in lifting and falling.

7. Check whether the saw blade is in a suitable state, position, and tension force, and turn it on for trial cutting.
